1. Returns & Exchanges

Our products are made on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color changes.

Return conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items: If the item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@sakitto.co with photos of the issue. 
  • Wrong item received: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
  • Lost packages: If your order is lost in transit, reach out to us for a solution.

Return process:

  • Send an email to info@sakitto.co with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
  • Once approved, we will notify you regarding the refund or replacement process.

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products: After reviewing and approving the request, we will process the refund within 15-20 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
  • Shipping errors: If you receive the wrong item, we will offer a refund or send the correct product.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders are processed immediately after purchase. Therefore, cancellations or modifications can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Size or color exchanges due to customer error: Since all products are made on demand, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size or color selection.
  • Buyer's remorse: If you change your mind after placing an order.
  • Minor color variations: Slight color differences may occur due to screen variations.
